20100220 Τα "δικαιώματα σε Αιγαίο και Αν. Μεσόγειο" προασπίζει η Τουρκία

Greece is reaping the fruits of dismantling an effective lobby in the USA and replacing it with two ineffective groups, SAE and the Manatos and Manatos (and their friends).  The last group is absolutely ineffective since it represnts the views of Greek politicians and not Greek national issues to the US Government.  If the Greeks want to see a bright day, they should financially support a lobby of willing, active patriots in the USA, not necessarily rich and famous Greek Americans, who know what they are supposed to do, without ANY stupid interference from Athens.  Even a moral support from Athens will do miracles in the Greek American community. Thus far Athens' attitutde has called us stupid, incompetent, and ignorant on how to do the job.  Athens sees and wants the Greek American diaspora, as they see and want their own citizens, dodos.  It is not too late for the Greek Parliament to force the Greek governments to change their attitude towards the Greek Americans.   I wonder however, if the man who told me when he met me in Litohorn last July "Εσυ εισαι αυτος που τα εχει βαλει με τους Ελληνες πολιτικους" still feels that I was and am wrong!   Greece is going to the borders of 1898 by 2050 with the full consent of the Greek people.    M.
